After the last update the ChatGPT account shows the message "ChatGPT Plus is available in Germany". I hold back for now with the registration for ChatGPT Plus. First, I am registered with ChatGPT just to get an impression what is the state of the art as far as AI is concerned. And then I read many reports of users complaining that they can't use ChatGPT plus, where on the same system ChatGPT works without "plus".
